Khloe Kardashian has fired ANOTHER legal threat at Destiney Bleu, the designer who accused her of copying her work.

Through her lawyer Martin Singer, the KUWTK star accused Bleu of 'malicious and tortious conduct' by accusing her of stealing designs, which she branded 'an absolute lie.'

The blow-up stemmed from a June 2 tweet posted by Bleu which read: 'When someone buys 1 of everything on your site, has you make them custom @dbleudazzled work, never posts it or wears it, then copies it' — and tagged Khloe.

She also posted pictures of Khloe wearing a sheer black bedazzled leotard, beside a picture of a very similar catsuit from her own line.

Khloe had already responded with a warning, threatening legal action for defamation, and accusing Bleu of using her famous name to grab her own '15 minutes of fame.'

Tuesday's letter followed up with a detailed rebuff to Bleu's argument, claiming the catsuit she pictured in her original Instagram post looked nothing like the one she sent Khloe and accused her copying, juxtaposing the two clearly different designs to show the contrast.

It once again argued that Destiney couldn't possibly claim to own the bejeweled design either way, as dozens of stars such as Britney Spears, Cher, Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Whitney Houston, Katy Perry, Jlo, and even Khloe's sisters Kim and Kylie had worn similar outfits before.

However the legal letter also claimed the Good American design team had ‘never heard’ of Ms Bleu of seen her designs prior to her June tweet - even though it confirmed it had a catsuit — albeit a 'completely different' one — since December.

It also admitted Khloe had purchased a range of items from Ms Bleu, including ‘stockings, leggings and tights, bras and panties, and a customized jersey and briefs'.

Bleu had previously revealed the custom gear ordered was a bedazzled underwear with the name 'Tristan Thompson' - the name of Khloe's boyfriend. She also posted a clip on Twitter showing a matching bedazzled basketball jersey bearing the same name.

Khloe's legal team later clarified to DailyMail.com that it was the 'specific individual designers employed by Good American' who were not aware of Destiney's work; not Khloe herself.

While Khloe is 'deeply involved in the overall creative process for Good American', she is not one of the designers.

Also speaking to DailyMail.com, Destiney admitted the catsuit pictured in the legal threat was one of hers, but was only one of many Good America ordered from her - and just happened to be the one which looked least like the Good American product.

On a separate note, the legal letter claims in the footnotes that Khloe originally came into possession of the catsuit when her former stylist Monica Rose - with whom she has since parted ways - requested it without Khloe's knowledge.

Ironically, it was revealed this month that Khloe herself had been stolen from, having discovered 'tens of thousands of dollars of clothes' had been charged to her credit card without her receiving them.

She tweeted at the time — without ever naming names — 'What would you do if you found out a friend was stealing from you?' Would you cut off the friendship and let God handle it? Or would you go the legal route?'

'Wayyyyy TOO many shady people in the world!' she added. 'The grass is cut LOW. I see a few snakes.'
